  • PURCHASED: Owen Ridge Campus, Webster Groves, MO - Located at 345-357 Marshall Ave., Bamboo purchased this spectacular 11+ acre property with plans for a strategic allocation in biotech. To the two parcels of land, they will potentially add flex-industrial and laboratory space. Through their strategic capital improvements, they plan to preserve the notable art deco architectural style of the campus, while bringing the interior and infrastructure into modern day. Current tenants include Paradowski Creative and Weekends Only.

  • ​​SOLD: 9461-9601 Dielman Rock Island Industrial Dr., Olivette, MO

When Bamboo purchased this property from a local seller in 2019, they went in with a vision to clean it up and take the defunct flex-industrial space to the next level. Realizing the potential where others saw challenges, Bamboo made strategic capital improvements to the exterior and transformed the aesthetics, adding value to the property. Through this sale, Bamboo achieved a three-times equity multiple and an approximate 60-percent IRR for investors.

  • SOLD: 11147 Dorsett Road, Maryland Heights, MO; 865 Hoff Road, O’Fallon, MO; 3080 Elm Pointe Drive, St. Charles, MO - This triple net (NNN) industrial portfolio sale was the first between Bamboo and Edwardsville, IL-based Fireside Financial. The manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facility spaces were grouped together by Bamboo to create a hugely valuable opportunity for Fireside Financial.
